3252576 - There is an error "Enter a bank key" when creating BOE receivable

 In the drawee bank series, only the drawee bank name field is filled out. Consequently, when attempting to create a BOE receivable, an error message "Enter a bank key" appears.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

1. Open app Create BoE Receivable - China
2. Fill out the mandatory fields and field drawee bank name
3. Click Create and the error Enter a bank key occurs

There are three fields ("Drawee Bank", "Drawee Bank Key" and "Drawee Bank Name") in drawee bank series.

Fill out only one or two fields.

Ensure all fields in the drawee bank series are maintained simultaneously, or avoid maintaining any fields in that series altogether.
