3252649 - The data in production order is inconsistent with that in the routing

 The data in a production order is inconsistent with that in the corresponding routing.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Enter a production order from app Display Production Order.
2. Check the routing related data.
3. Enter the corresponding routing directly from the "Master Data" tab of the order or from the app Display Routing.
4. Find the data in the routing is different from that in the order.

There are several reasons that may cause this inconsistency:
1.There are probably several versions of routings for the same material in a plant with different Key Date. The routing data in the production order is usually with the Key Date of the order creation date, while the data we check in the routing is usually with the Key Date of the current date.  When you compare the data between two routings, you should make sure their Key Dates are the same or the different Key Dates are within the same versions.
2.The routing has been changed after the last time when the production order reads the routing data. Please refer to KBA3144462 for how to check the change history of a routing.
3.The data has been changed manually in the production order.

For all the circumstances above, you just need to figure out which data is the correct one:
If the data in the production order is correct, you can leave the order unchanged and change the routing data to the correct one.
If the data in the routing is correct, since the data change in routing will not influence the existing orders directly,you should reverse the production to status REL and re-read the routing data for it.
