3253012 - TERMINATION_END_HANDLING errors in Execution Manager Dashboard

Execution Manager Dashboard is showing "Event failed" errors on the "Middleware Integrations" tab with the Process Integration Definition below:

"com.successfactors.time.relevant.jobinfo.update"

The Process Definition of those logs is "com.successfactors.time.relevant.jobinfo.update" and when opening the logs the event name is "tlmTag=TERMINATION_END_HANDLING, Task Creation - End".

Employees have been terminated and these employees have "Termination End Handling" configured (Termination End Handling | SAP Help Portal), so a Termination End Handling Task (visible in Manage Data, Time Management Task of Type "Termination End Handling") will be created and the task will be picked up and executed.

This was done for the employees and the task was completed with success. Afterwards the termination action somehow got deleted in Job Info for the employees, maybe via import or manually. This deletion also includes the deletion of the Termination End Handling Task. As the task already was executed it cannot be deleted any more, therefore the alert appears in Execution Manager.

These are only alerts showing that there was an attempt on deleting the Termination End Handling Task which has already been executed. They can be ignored, as no issues are expected from such alerts.
