3253022 - Unable to view the Knowledge Transfer Task - Onboarding

Symptom

Receiving an Error Message when attempting to view Knowledge Transfer.
Error: Entity ONB2KnowledgeTransferTaskActivity with the given key is not found.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Proxy as the affected user
  2. Under Manager Activities
  3. Click the Complete Knowledge Transfer Tasks
  4. Error will show
  5. Error: Entity ONB2KnowledgeTransferTaskActivity with the given key is not found.

Cause

User doesn't have Employee Central Foundation OData API (read-only) permission.

Resolution

Add the Employee Central Foundation OData API (read-only) permission to the RBP role assigned to the user.
