3253027 - IBP task status is incorrect with WebSocket RFC connection - SAP Cloud Integration for Data Services

Symptom

After switching from old JDBC to the new WebSocket RFC connection, with "Treat 'Processed with Error' as success" checkbox unchecked under "Execution Properties" tab,

  • notification emails for failed tasks (tasks with non-critical errors during post-processing) have stopped being sent out,
  • the task turns to green after post-processing error with a white "!".
