3253070 - SAP ASE Live update failed at the phase UPDATE_ASE_POST_CONFIG

Symptom

When upgrading SAP ASE version from 15.7 to 16.0 using saphostagent, ASE upgrade got hang at the phase UPDATE_ASE_POST_CONFIG and it failed.
