3253073 - Candidate did not appear in the Onboarding Dashboard after initiation from Recruiting - Onboarding

Symptom

  • After initiating the candidate in the RCM, candidate did not appear in the Onboarding Dashboard. Check BPE for Error: "The user who is configured as the recruiting manager is associated with the value 12345678 that does not exist. To proceed, review the Recruit to Hire mapping and make any necessary corrections."
  • Try to search for candidate in Onboarding Dashboard, an "Unknown" user appears.
