3253087 - Posting results in insufficient quota for Time account for the Employee XYZ

You can observe that the postings made in the time account are leading inconsistencies in the time file of the Employe XYZ

1. Go to Time Adminstration work center

 2. Select the Employees view

 3. Search and Select the required Employee XYZ

 4. Click on the edit button

 5. Navigate to Time Account Balances tab

 You can observe that the posting are showing the balances correctly from DD/MM/YYYY.  But the postings made before the date that is from DD1/MM1/YYYY1 is not shown as expected.

The possible cause could be that there is manual adjustment done from the date DD1/MM1/YYYY1 changes made in the time file of the Employee XYZ

In the time file of Employee XYZ, there is a manual adjustment in the time account  with posting date as DD/MM/YYYY and before that date there is no balance in the time account.

You can change the posting date in manual adjustment to DD1/MM1/YYYY1 so that the holidays booked before DD/MM/YYYY are deducted from that balance.
