3253101 - Database sybmgmtdb can not be recovered due to error 921 every time restart ASE - SAP ASE

Symptom

  • No issue happened on sybmgmtdb before shutdown ASE server.

  • During reboot, ASE start with error:
    server  Error: 921, Severity: 14, State: 1
    server  Database 'sybmgmtdb' has not been recovered yet - please wait and try again.
    kernel  Job Scheduler: IS_ISQL_EXT failed [set nocount on use sybmgmtdb print ':s: %1!', 'sybmgmtdb']
    kernel  Job Scheduler failed to open sybmgmtdb
