3253202 - Cannot Select Required Countries in List of Countries Relevant for Generating Direct Cash Flow Statement with Cash Flow Keys Activity

The Direct Cash Flow Statement Based on Cash Flow Keys has been enabled for other countries/regions besides China depending on scoping after the release of ByD 2208 (August, 2022). However, you cannot select the required country/region ABC in the List of country/regions relevant for generating Direct Cash Flow Statement with Cash Flow Keys activity (ABC represents required country/region).

 SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to the Overview view.
3. Search for the 'List of countries relevant for generating Direct Cash Flow Statement with Cash Flow Keys' activity and select it.
4. Press Add to select the required country/region ABC from the list of country/regions. You expect that the cash flow statement can be created for this country/region.
5. However, country/region ABC is not available. 

There are two possible reasons:

1. Country/region ABC has not been added to your solution profile. The Drop down country/region list will only contain countries/regions that are in scope.
2. Country/region ABC is scoped but is not a standard or pre-localized country/region.

If country/region ABC is a standard or pre-localized it can be added to the solution profile as follows:

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Access the Implementation Projects view.
3. Select the relevant project.
4. Press Edit Project Scope button.
5. In the scoping step country/region and Type of Business, press Edit Countries/Regions.
6. Add the required country/region ABC into the scope.
7. The country/region should now be available in the fine-tune activity.
