3253301 - DTP Request never ending - cannot be deleted

Symptom

You noticed that one or more of the following symptoms: 

  • Process chains hangs at DTPs step;
  • It is not possible to delete target request;
  • Inability to check the logs of the affected DTPs in the process chain;
  • RSREQARCH_DELETE program stuck or taking too much time to delete archiving request. 

Additionally, the execution gets stuck at CL_RSBC_FILTER_CMD and the following dump may also occurs:
