3253381 - Data under "Maximum Backend Time" chart is not being displayed when accessing Performance Analysis Tool in "View" mode in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

The following behaviour occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC):

• When accessing Performance Analysis Tool the "Model-Maximum Backend Time" chart is not displaying any data until switching to "Edit" mode.

• It works for SAC models, but it doesn’t work for BW/4HANA models (live connection).

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2022.15.15

1.  Login to SAC.
2.  Navigate to Systems -> Performance -> Analysis tool.
3.  Click on "Search" and wait for 5-10 sec for data to be displayed.
4.  Select any report.
5.  Notice that no data is visible under "Model-Maximum backend time" section in the "View" mode.
6.  Switch to "Edit" mode.
7.  Notice that data is being displayed.
