You send consumption data into SAP F&R system from ERP system using FRE02 or FRE03; or you upload consumption data into F&R system using report /FRE/FU_TOOLS_TS_FILE_LOAD or /FRE/FU_TS_GENERATE_TS_DATA. In table /FRE/TSKPRM you defined the persistency layer as CDM for Time Series CONS_DATA (field /FRE/KPRM-TSDRC = 5)
The consumption data you can see in /FRE/BIF_TSD table. After having processed the consumption data (by running Tcode /FRE/BIF) you do not see the CONS_DATA time series data in Tcode /FRE/TSE01 or /FRE/CADE.
