Symptom
In Identity Authentication (IAS) Administration Console application, the Default Identity Provider was changed from “Identity Authentication” to another Corporate-IdP, by mistake. IAS Administrators are now locked out of the IAS Administration Console, because they do not have a user to login through the Corporate-IdP.
