3253488 - How to recover access to IAS Admin Console after changing the Default Identity Provider from "Identity Authentication”

Symptom

In Identity Authentication (IAS) Administration Console application, the Default Identity Provider was changed from “Identity Authentication” to another Corporate-IdP, by mistake. IAS Administrators are now locked out of the IAS Administration Console, because they do not have a user to login through the Corporate-IdP.
