3253499 - Action failed; error while finishing tasks

below errors are triggered while trying to cancel a released production order which its tasks are all not started.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Production Control Work Center.
2. Go to the Production Orders View.
3. Select the Production Order you wish.
4. Choose Cancel, then the mentioned errors occur.

When you cancel production order, system will cancel related inspection (Final inspection - production) together. It is not necessary to cancel the inspection before cancel production order.

For production order you tried to cancelled,  system gives error as the cancel action attempts to cancel an already cancelled inspection document.

Please report a case to SAP for back-end cancellation.
