3253517 - How to export the list of all reports available in the Report Center?

Need a list of all reports available in the Report Center.

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • Analytics & Reporting (Ad Hoc, YouCalc, ORD)
    • Report Centre
      •  Report Centre Listing & SOLR Issues

Partners having access to the provisioning can download the list of reports available in Report Center by doing the following steps:

1. Once you are logged in to Provisioning, look for Export Report Metadata. 
   
   
2. Select Report Center Reports 
3. For the Authorizing User field, select an Admin user.
4. Click Report Metadata to download the file. You should see 'The job to export report metadata has been submitted successfully.' after.
5. Go back to Provisioning main page.
6. Click Export Report Metadata once again and download the latest file using the 'Download' button. The details include basic metadata of the reports such as report title, author, last modified date, report type, and other details like labels associated with the reports and report schedules.    

To check the Export Report Metadata Job:

1. On Provisioning main page under Managing Job Scheduler, go to Monitor Jobs.
2. Filter the Job Type to Export Report Metadata Job.

If you don't have access to provisioning, you can open a ticket to the support team [Component: LOD-SF-ANA-RCT-LST] requesting the required list and providing a user with below mentioned report admin permission to extract the data:

• Table: Manage Dashboard / Reports -> Report Admin (Access All Reports)
• Canvas: Analytics Permission -> Functional Permission (Canvas Designer Admin)
• Tile and Dashboard: Manage Dashboards / Reports -> Analytics Tile and Dashboards
• Story: Manage Dashboard / Reports -> Story Admin
