3253625 - Route upgrade failing due to error 11069 'unique key violation' - SRS

• In some circumstances, route upgrade might fail due to below errors after upgrading replication server from 16.0 SP03 to 16.0 SP04:

  2022/09/24 13:26:41. Starting Routing thread for 'servername'.
  E. 2022/09/24 13:26:41. ERROR #11069 ROUTING( ) - generic/sts/stscol.c(2501)
          unique key violation.
  I. 2022/09/24 13:26:41. Route upgrade/upgrade recovery fails due to error. The upgrade procedure is not completed. This routing thread will in turn exit.
  I. 2022/09/24 13:26:41. Routing thread for 'servername ' exiting normally.

• in the table rs_routeversions, a strange entry(line in bold) is inserted:
