3253856 - Unexpected Token Service response code error in Check Connection in Ask HR

Symptom

You are implementing Employee Central Service Center ECSC (Ask HR), and are receiving the following error in the destination configuration in BTP:

Failure reason: "Unexpected Token Service response code. No response body was returned by Token Service. Check the configuration or contact Token Service owner." Received status code: "401"
