3253955 - Capabilities Portfolio - Expected rating not showing in Capabilities Portfolio

When user go to Capabilities Portfolio expected rating not showing even if there is a expected rating configured in the competencies.

• SAP SuccessFactors Ecosystem Applications & Services
• SAP SuccessFactors Center of Capabilities

1. Go to Admin Center > Capabilities Portfolio

2. Capabilities > Competencies Expected rating All shows "Not Specified"

Issue occurs if a recent change has been done to the Role. The competencies assigned to user are not in sync.

- Go to manage job profile content > Select Families and  Role > Select Role and save it without any modifications.

- If user wants' to do a mass sync this can be done via manage job profile content import/export > Do an export > Select Role > Afterwards, do an import without making any changes on the import file.
