You would like to understand how to preview the registered product PDF summary file.
Environment
SAP Service Cloud Version 2
Resolution
In order to preview the registered product PDF, you may follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Registered Products work center.
- Open any registered product.
- Click on the three dots "..." on the registered product header.
- Click Preview.
- See the popup will be displayed with the PDF file.
The file then can be downloaded or printed by the agent, accordingly to their needs.
