You would like to understand how to maintain the registered product template for the PDF file generation.

Environment

SAP Service Cloud Version 2

Resolution

To maintain the template for the PDF generation in the registered products, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to your user profile on the top-right corner of your screen.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Navigate to All Settings tab.
  4. Click Select Form Template under Output Management.
  5. For the Entity field, select Registered Product.
  6. For the Type field, select FORM.
  7. In the Rules table, you will be able to define which template ID shall be applicable to the registered products of the system.

You will also have the possibility to specific which template should be used depending on a set of conditions, so that different registered products can have different PDF files.
