3253984 - Email notification is not sent when using sendNotification API - SAP Analytics Cloud

User did not receive emails when using the sendNotification API in application.

• SAP analytics Cloud

The global email notification settings is disabled.

Currently it is not possible to let the SendNotification API work when the global notification is disabled.

To solve this issue, enable the Global email notification settings.

Please note that "Global email notification settings" is a switch that controls whether email is enabled or not (DISABLE_EMAIL = true/false).

By default, this is always set to true (meaning no emails can be sent) and the HEC team of SAP can enable this.
