3254001 - Comment is reflecting in email notifications from workflow page

Symptom

Workflow email notification is showing the comments made by the previous approvers.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Cause

The email notification template used contains the tag "[[APPROVAL_CHAIN]]".

Resolution

This is the expected behavior. The [[APPROVAL_CHAIN]] tag will include all the comments posted by all previous approvers. As a workaround it is possible to use the [[RECENTLY_APPROVED_BY]], that will show the last user that approved the workflow.
