• The following error message is received when accessing Work Zone:
  
  App could not be opened either due to an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad configuration or a missing role assignment.
  
  Failed to resolve navigation target "#workzone-home". This is most likely caused by an incorrect SAP Fiori launchpad content
  
  
• A Corporate Identity Provider (SSO) is being used
  
  
• A 500 Internal Server Error is returned for the /dynamic_dest/JAM/v1/single_use_tokens request
  
  
• The following can be found in browser console logs:
  
  POST <DOMAIN>.hana.ondemand.com/dynamic_dest/JAM/v1/single_use_tokens 500 (Internal Server Error)
