I receive 'Table_Schema_Failed...Socket Error' in the Process Intelligence 'Integration Page' when trying to add a table.

Reproducing the Issue
- Open new investigation in Process Intelligence.
- Navigate to the Integration page.
- Click on add table.
- Next, select the table name.
- Click next.
- See that you are faced with a 'socket closed' error.
The Process Intelligence application fails to get tables and columns due to a slow response from Service now which causes a SocketTimeoutException error.
Development deployed a fix for this issue but if you are still facing this behavior please raise a ticket with us via the SAP ONE Launchpad and reference this Knowledge Based Article (KBA).
