3254288 - Account Hierarchy Specific Price List Does Not Work

You have created an Account Hierarchy Specific Price List and you would expected that the system would consider the pricing for the Account Hierarchy and product/service you have maintained in the price list.

SAP Business ByDesign

In this example, we will use account ABC which is under the 8th level (node) of the Account Hierarchy and product XYZ (ABC and XYZ represents the ID of the account and product).

1.  Go to the Sales Orders work center.
2. Select the Sales Orders view.
3. Select new Sales Order.
4. Enter Account ABC.
5. Navigate to the Items tab.
6. Add item XYZ.

The system does not capture the expected pricing value.

Due to a system limitation, we cannot support more than 5 levels of the Account Hierarchy  in the Account Hierarchy Specific Price List.

This is the expected system behavior.
