Symptom

  • Archived WORKITEM are not displayed/not found in SARA transaction READ functionality (report RSWWARCP).
  • No workflow meeting the criteria was found (Message no. WL677) message is displayed in archived WORKITEM read.
  • Workflow doesn't exist (SWF_PLOG011) error during archived WORKITEM read.
