3254344 - Candidate is appearing in both MPH-Recruiting and MPH-Onboarding - Onboarding 1.0

Candidates initiated in recruiting to flow to onboarding are appearing in both recruiting and onboarding manage pending hire page.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Initiate candidate in recruiting;
2. Check candidate are present in onboarding;
3. Navigate to MPH and see candidate present in RCM and ONB tab.

Expected system as designed situation.

From the RCM viewpoint, triggering [RCM->MPH] hiring path is independent of triggering [RCM->ONB1.0->MPH] hiring path.
As example bellow:

• [RCM->MPH]
  Move the job application to a specific status ("Ready to hire"), that status is configured in [Admin Center> Applicant Status Configuration]. 
  You must identify the application status set that is tied to the job requisition of that job application.
  Once you find the correct status set, the specific status has a Hirable Option=Hirable.
  As soon as the job application is moved to this status, a new hire record will be sent from RCM->MPH
  
  
• [RCM->ONB1.0->MPH]
  You must press the Initiate Onboarding button on the job application. This button only appears if both are true:
  (1)The job application is in a certain status
  (2)The USER viewing the job application is in a certain RCM operator role for that job req.

Both 1 and 2 are configured in the job requisition XML template.

This path, does not consider Hirable Option setting.
