3254348 - "There was an error validating the configuration. Please check configuration and try again" error when importing Category Pages - Recruiting Marketing

User is getting an error "There was an error validating the configuration. Please check configuration and try again." when trying to import category pages XML in CSB.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

1. Go to Career Site Builder > Tools > Import/Export from the Source Instance

2. Select Export Tab > Category Pages > Click Export

3. Go to Career Site Builder > Tools > Import/Export from the Destination Instance

4. Select Import Tab > Category Pages > Upload the file and Click Import

5. Error: There was an error validating the configuration. Please check configuration and try again.

Category pages in the file is already existing in the current configuration of the Destination instance. 

Delete the duplicate category pages in the destination instance before importing the file as the system will not accept the file if it has the same name with the current configuration.
