3254444 - Error VK 495 - Entered key combination is not allowed - at MEK1 transaction

Symptom

While creating in MEK1 condition record, you get following error:
Entered key combination is not allowed - Message no. VK495

Error is issued from MV130F0V include's VAKE_POSI_PRUEFEN_KOMB subroutine.
This system message is hardcoded in this ABAP codepiece as an error in S/4Hana systems, in SAP ERP older systems it is issued as warning message, not as error.
