3254465 - MRP elements are not considered during the shortage calculation in MRP Cockpit apps

There are multiple supplying/demanding MRP elements exist for the material, however, in MRP Cockpit apps such as Monitor Material Coverage or Manage Material Coverage, the Shortage Quantity is not as expected. It seems that not all of the MRP elements are included in the calculation.

1. Checking in Monitor Stock / Requirements List (MD04) app, there are  multiple supplying/demanding MRP elements for the material.
2. Checking in Monitor/Manage Material Coverage app, the shortage quantity is unexpected based on the existing MRP elements.

• Cause 1: "Evaluation Horizon" of the material shortage profile
  The "Evaluation Horizon" defines a period of time in calendar days for which the system evaluates and displays data for the material shortage definition. If an MRP element falls beyond the "Evaluation Horizon", it will not be considered during the shortage calculation.
  An important point is that this "Evaluation Horizon" does not apply to the display of the Stock/Requirements List section of the Manage Material Coverage app, where the system displays all existing MRP elements for the selected material irrespective of any horizon. 
  The "Evaluation Horizon" is maintained for each shortage definition of the material shortage profile in configuration activity 101177 - Define Material Shortage Profiles.
  To make the material shortage profile effective, it should be assigned to the user in configuration activity 101917 - Assign Material Shortage Profile to Users.
  
  
• Cause 2: "Shortage Definition" selected in the app
  The shortage definition specifies the rules for the supply and demand matching (SDM) calculations. It contains a supply group and a demand group which includes different kinds of supplying/demanding MRP elements. Only the MRP elements which are in scope will be considered.
  Unlike the "Evaluation Horizon", "Shortage Definition" also applies to the display of the Stock/Requirements List section of the Manage Material Coverage app. Different items will be displayed with diferent "Shortage Definition".
  The "Shortage Definition" is also maitained in configuration activity 101177 - Define Material Shortage Profiles.
  The elements in each supply/demand group are maintained in configuration activity 102643 - Define Supply and Demand Profiles.
