3254748 - Missing Frontends, Backends, and SAP CC metrics in Introscope Enterprise Manager for SAP Convergent Charging 4.1, 5.0, and 2020

Symptom

The Frontends, Backends, and SAP CC metrics are missing in the Introscope Enterprise Manager after manually installing the Introscope Agent for SAP Convergent Charging 4.1, 5.0, and 2020. 

Checking /usr/sap/<System ID>/<Instance ID>/work/IntroscopeAgent.*SCCCoreServer.log, and the following error occurs:
[ERROR] [IntroscopeAgent.Agent] Introscope AutoProbe will not run because the directives files could not be loaded: /usr/sap/<System ID>/<Instance ID>/..
