3254778 - Fields 'last changed by' and 'changed on' in screen of t-code KKF6N are not updated after saving new cost estimate via MF30

Symptom

A new preliminary cost estimate for PCC (product cost collector) is calculated and saved via t-code MF30. By checking fields 'last changed by' and 'changed on' in screen of t-code KKF6N, it's observed that two fields are not updated by t-code MF30.
