Symptom

"Upload Tax Rates App" is not available in the system, however the necessary Business Catalogs SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_FIN_TAX_PC and SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_BASE are assigned to Role BR_BPC_EXPERT.
