3254988 - Difference between IP addresses of Neo regions and Cloud Foundry regions

Symptom

The cloud applications running in SAP BTP Neo regions use IP Ranges , whereas the applications running in SAP BTP Cloud Foundry environment use NAT IPs. You want to know the reason of this difference. 

This might be a problem when the CI wants to connect to external system that cannot add all the NAT IPs to their allow-list due to limitation set on their side. This is just one example.
