3255164 - Error 'Missing Authorizations' App Run Allocations - S/4 Hana Cloud

When using the App Run Allocations an error occurs - 

Not authorized to perform the action.

SAP S/4 Hana Cloud

1. Open the app 'Run Allocations'.
2. Click on Create -> Create New Cycle.
3. Error received.

The Business Role is missing the necessary Business Catalogs needed to Run Allocations

Please include Business Catalog(s) where needed: 

SAP_FIN_BC_OH_GPA_PCA_PC - Profit Center Accounting - General Posting Activities 

SAP_FIN_BC_OH_PE_CCA_PC - Overhead Cost Accounting - Cost Centers Period End 

SAP_FIN_BC_SA_PER_PC - Sales Accounting - Periodic Activities 

Based on the allocation context one or all of the above Business Catalogs will be needed to successfully run the app 'Run Allocations'.
