3255605 - Various BW failures after upgrade such as failed SSO, failed logon, failed user mapping

• most issues would result in an error similar to 
• "CSecSAPR3Binding::XRFCCnxBroker::BorrowConnection() failed. See following log entries for details. Failed while trying to log on to SAP system. The following RFC error was returned: [Group, Key, Message]: [3, "RFC_LOGON_FAILURE", "Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon)"]. The entitlement system has been disabled in memory. This may be because the SAP system is unavailable or because the credentials are invalid. The entitlement system has to be re-enabled before it can be used again. "
• EP SSO and manual logon fails with password is incorrect
• Role mapping didn't show any errors but in some cases the BI entitlement account could get locked and that error would show
• No new users can be mapped in BI and if adding a user manually the error above will be seen in the CMC
