3255626 - Error to publish Promotion Rule due to missing media folder

Symptom

When trying to publish a Promotion Rule after upgrading from SAP Commerce or SAP Commerce Cloud 1811 to 2205, below errors are seen:

  • No media folder with qualifier kie-modules can be found.
  • Missing media

In addition, logs similar to below can be found:
