It is possible to move a new Role Based Permission from one environment/instance to another via import?

System Limitation
Resolution
Currently you can export and import roles and groups using Instance Sync tool, but not a specific permission.
Please consider opening an enhancement request to have this feature introduced. Please refer to KBA 2090228 - How to Submit Enhancement Requests for SAP SuccessFactors Products for more info.
