3256152 - DATA_OFFSET_LENGTH_TOO_LARGE during delta load for master data datasource

Symptom

Delta extraction of master data datasource with message type (RS****) fails due to runtime error DATA_OFFSET_LENGTH_TOO_LARGE. 

Detailed information is as below:

The system tried to access field "L_T_BDCP-TABKEY" with type "C" and length 70 in the current program "SAPLRSAP " using offset 67 and length 10.
Partial field access is not allowed with offset and length specifications that are larger than actual field length.
