Slow loading of the Career Site

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Career Site page
2. The page slow response and loading for more a minute
OR
3. Loading career site

The image in Career site is not hosted on SuccessFactors SFTP servers.

1. Open a browser [Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge] key in F12 or right-click navigate to Inspect
2. Toggle to the Network tab and navigate the Time column - you will stuck on the unresponsive page.



As a best practice, the common issue of the problem is to ensure the image/s/ logo/ or Photo/s are uploaded to SuccessFactors SFTP servers
Create a support ticket requesting the image/logo/photo be uploaded on SuccessFactors SFTP servers and provide requirements with compliance of hosting image here 2157471
Once the image URL is provided on the ticket by the SAP Support Team, then, follow the configuration here 2264945
ReLaunch the Career Site and should respond in a few seconds.
