3256219 - Diagnostic Agent Registration is impossible for MS SQL Always on DB Cluster using DNN

Symptom

You have MS SQL Always on Database on High Availability which uses Distributed Network Name(DNN) to failover the traffic from Primary to standby.
Cluster servers have its own physical hostname, but the DNN does not have any unique IP assigned to it. 

Diagnostic agents is installed using Physical hostname and Agent On-the-fly has been activated.
However Agent on-the-fly has not been created where DNN is active.
