SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
After the Upgrade activity, we are unable to see the correct Hits count from the My Compliance check results in application though we have generated hits.
If we go inside the Compliance check hits screen we could see the hits generated.
But the Compliance scenario runs and My compliance check results screen shows 0 Hits this is totally wrong!
Also after the upgrade please make sure this step was executed Mandatory Task: Running FRA_INITIAL_SETUP. The step has to be executed after every upgrade.
