3256352 - No results returned when searching for documents with Message Type "All"

Symptom

  • Post upgrade to Solution manager 7.2 ST 15, the widgets in the CRM Web UI do not display any results when the Message Type "All" is used
  • Search criteria Message Type "Business Requirement" returns no result when performing a search in the Widget.
