This article will discuss the difference between Forward as Applicant and Forward to requisition.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Forward as Applicant

1. You can only select New Application (Default) status when forwarding the candidate.
2. Email is triggered to candidate after being forwarded to the new requisition.
3. Job Requisition will show in Job Applied section in Candidate Profile
4. Candidate will not need to apply in new requisition.

Forward to Requisition

1. You can Forward the candidate to Forward or New Application (Default) status.
2. No email is triggered when forwarded to Default status.
3. The candidate will not see the requisition where their application is forwarded.
4. Candidate will show as Non-Applicant unless actually apply in the new requisition.
