3256605 - Proxy user encountered an error message on position Org Chart after screen timeout login

When the customer access Position Org Chart, an error "unexpected token L in JSON at position 1" was encountered.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite Core

1. Login in the instance
2. Open position org chart
3. Click any positions 
4. Wait after screen timeout
5. Close the logout window 
6. If you click on the name of any user in position org chart displays the error "Unexpected token 'L', "[LGN0029]Th"... is not valid JSON", after screen timeout.

NOTE: Error occurred during login and proxy as any user as long as the session timeout.

Expected behavior since instance is no longer accessible during session timeout. 

• Inform the customer that the error message displayed in the Position Org Chart: "unexpected token L in JSON at position 1" only happens when the session has timed out.
• So if user is logged-in and goes to the position org chart, then leave the session for 30 minutes or more (the session will have timed out), they will get the error once they try to click any employee on the position org chart.
