Symptom
While creating Advance reporting some table like Phone, Email, Address are not available, even though user has permissions in RBP for these Tables.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
- Analytics & Reporting(Ad Hoc, YouCalc, Canvas / ORD)
- Online Report Designer
- Advance Reporting
- Online Report Designer
Reproducing the Issue
- Login into instance
- Create a new Advance report
- In List report component when we select Person and expand some objects like Phone, Email and Address are not available
Cause
No data is maintained for these Tables in instance under Employee File for at least one user.
Resolution
If any Table is missing in Advance reporting, please check if data is maintained for these Tables in Employee File for at least one user.
If there is no data for at least one user, please maintain data, for these Tables to appear in Advance Reporting.
