3256631 - signal 11 in kbfalloc and ptnc_fill_ptnvals - SAP ASE

sigsegv in kbfalloc() is encountered on ASE 160 SP03 PL08 / Linux - SAP Solution Manager system at Bose Corp. The ASE crashed whilst the failing spid held the PTNCOND_SPIN spinlock. Although ASE was short on open partition descriptors as indicated in the ASE errorlog, kbfalloc() failed due to corruption in the "partition condition pool"; we extract ptn info from the ptn cond tree in ptnc_fill_ptnvals() - the ptn cond pool is separate from the open ptn pool. Additional details related the SolMan system config/cube config etc are to be evaluated. Another point to note: this ASE was last restarted in Dec 2021 - has been running fine until this crash on Oct 7 2022.
