3256721 - Resolving 'SAML2 Service Not Accessible' error post SAML2 SSO Configuration in NW ABAP System

Symptom

Following the configuration of SAML2 SSO on the NW ABAP system, attempts to access various transactions such as NWBC, SOAMANAGER, SOLMAN_SETUP, SM_WORKCENTER, and DBACockpit result in an error. The error message displayed is:

  • “SAML2 service not accessible”

  • “No RelayState mapping found for RelayState value ouc…”

It should be noted that prior to the implementation of SAML2 SSO, single sign-on functionality for these transactions was operational without issue.
