3256936 - [Onboarding] Onboarding New Hire Task is not triggered

Symptom

Post completing New Hire Data Review Step, New Hire Tasks are not triggered

Environment

SAP SUCCESSFACTORS ONBOARDING

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Initiate onboarding for the candidate
  2. Complete the New Hire Data Review Step
  3. Proxy as the Hiring Manager and check whether tasks were triggered or not.

Cause

Onboarding Task Configuration rule is missing

Resolution

  1. Go to Configure Business Rules and search for "Select What-To-Bring Configuration" under scenario, If you have already configured.
  2. Ensure Onboarding Task Configuration rule should be present.
